Cuddle Paws Veterinary is looking for an experienced, warm, and dependable Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Culver City! At Cuddle Paws, we want veterinary care to feel welcoming, comfortable, and personal. Our CSR team is the first friendly voice our pet parents hear and the first smiling face they see when they walk through our doors. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, loves animals, and knows how to keep things running smoothly—even when the phones are ringing, appointments are arriving, and a nervous pup needs a little extra love. Who We're Looking For This is an experienced veterinary CSR position , and we are looking for someone with at least 3+ years of experience working in a veterinary hospital or veterinary clinic .

Your day may include greeting pets and their families, answering phone calls and messages, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, processing payments, updating client and patient records, communicating with our doctors and medical team, and helping keep the front desk organized and running smoothly. Most importantly, you'll help make sure every pet parent feels heard, cared for, and welcomed. Bonus Paws! Experience using Shepherd Veterinary Software is a BIG plus! If you already know your way around Shepherd, we'd especially love to hear from you. Schedule & Availability Shifts are approximately 8 hours per day .

Monday Friday Saturday Additional shifts may also be available on: Tuesday Thursday We're especially interested in someone who can consistently work Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays . Please include your full weekly availability when applying. Pay $23-$27 per hour , depending on veterinary experience and qualifications. Experience Required Minimum 3+ years of veterinary hospital or veterinary clinic experience is required. We're looking for someone who already understands the pace and flow of a veterinary hospital and can bring their experience, personality, and positive energy to our team.
