As a direct report to the Production Manager and a valued team member, this role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to maintain high-quality outputs with no travel required. Responsibilities Assemble wire harnesses according to blueprints and specifications Perform crimping and other wire assembly tasks with accuracy Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with standards Identify and resolve assembly issues to maintain production flow Collaborate as a team member under the guidance of the Production Manager Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in wire harness assembly Strong manual dexterity and precision in handwork Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Proficient in crimping techniques and tools Experience with quality control procedures Exceptional attention to detail Effective time management skills Strong problem-solving abilities
