Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable roofing crew or lead installer for a residential roof replacement project. The job consists of a total surface area of approximately 3,800 sq. ft. across a primary residence and a detached garage.

Scope of Work:

Full tear-off down to decking Proper disposal of all roofing debris Inspect decking and report any damaged areas (minor repairs as needed) Installation of underlayment and ice & water shield Installation of Rubber roofing, drip edge, step flashing, pipe boots, ridge caps, and vents Full cleanup and debris haul-off What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience (replacements, not just repairs) Ability to work independently or bring a small crew Own tools and equipment Reliable transportation Comfortable working at height safely References from past roofing work a plus

Pay:

Up to $4,000.00 per week
