Whether your expertise is in high-level exterior craftsmanship, interior finishing, or leading crews on the job site, we have a place for skilled professionals who take pride in quality work and clear client communication. ​ Open Positions We Are Hiring For ​ Construction Foremen & Field Supervisors ​Lead daily field operations, direct subcontractor crews, and manage job site schedules. ​Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, resolving on-site issues promptly. ​Enforce safety protocols, local building codes, and strict quality control standards.

Subcontractor Management:

Lead and manage subcontractor crews, holding them accountable to quality, safety, timeline standards, and accurate scopes of work.

Leadership & Communication:

Proven track record of managing subcontractors, holding crews to schedules, and displaying strong verbal and written communication skills with homeowners and internal teams.

Problem-Solving:

Strong critical thinking skills with a proven ability to identify problems, troubleshoot installation challenges, and implement efficient solutions on site. ​ Exterior Installers (Siding, Trim, Soffit & Fascia) ​Execute precision installation and repair of various siding systems, custom trim, and exterior elements. ​Operate metal brakes, framing tools, and specialized exterior remodeling equipment. ​ Gutter Specialists ​Measure, fabricate, and install seamless gutter systems, downspouts, and leaf protection. ​Troubleshoot exterior drainage issues to ensure proper water management and weather-tight protection. Expertly remove and replace existing gutter systems. Operate and maintain the KWM Ironman gutter machine to custom-fabricate 5" and 6" K-style gutters to precise home measurements. ​ Interior, Drywall & Paint Technicians ​Perform essential interior touch-ups and repair punch-list items stemming from exterior work.

Structural & Interior Repair:

Perform repairs on fascia and sub-fascia boards as needed. Additionally, execute interior repairs including properly repairing drywall areas, mixing/applying mud to seams, texturing, painting, and basic trim work inside homes. ​ Core Qualifications & Requirements ​

Experience:

Proven hands-on experience in residential remodeling, specialty trades, or construction field supervision. ​

Skills:

Proficient with industry hand/power tools, trade-specific techniques, and structural/aesthetic troubleshooting. ​

Leadership & Communication:

Strong decision-making ability with the skills to communicate professionally with homeowners and crew members. ​

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work safely at heights on ladders and scaffolding, and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. ​

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;

OSHA 10/30

certification is a strong plus.

Pay:

$22.00 - $35.00 per hour
