We specialize in foundation repair, structural upgrades, crawlspace and basement work, and home renovations. What You'll Do:

Assist with concrete repair and restoration Support installation of helical piers for foundation stabilization Work on crawlspace repair and encapsulation systems Perform general construction labor tasks on residential and commercial job sites Assist with equipment setup, material handling, and job site cleanup Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Construction experience is a plus but not required Experience with concrete, foundations, or general labor is beneficial Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various outdoor conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Why Work With Madole Construction Opportunity to learn specialized foundation repair skills Work on unique structural and concrete projects Join a growing company serving Nevada and California Supportive team environment
