Water Control Roofing is currently hiring industrial roofers and roofing helpers. If you don't have any experience, no worries, we would love to train you. If you do have experience, we would love to add you to our team. We install low slope roofing, that means you do not have to worry about working on sloped roofs. We do large buildings with flat roofs, so as long as you can climb a ladder to get to the roof, most the time it is just like walking around on the ground. You will need to be able to perform physical work while working outdoors. We are an industrial roofing company that was established in 1985 in the middle Tennessee area.
