Location:
Greater Baltimore, MD Goodco is seeking experienced solar removal and reinstall subcontractors to support a growing pipeline of residential projects throughout the Greater Baltimore market. This is a labor-only subcontracting opportunity . We provide the work—you provide the crew, tools, and expertise. Responsibilities Perform residential solar panel removals and reinstalls. Install racking, modules, and balance-of-system components according to manufacturer specifications. Commission and verify proper operation of residential solar PV systems. Install and commission residential battery storage systems as assigned. Perform troubleshooting and basic service work when needed. Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols, including fall protection and electrical safety standards. Complete required project documentation and photos. Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Requirements Licensed to perform required electrical/solar work in Mass. General liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage (or proof of exemption where applicable). Proven experience performing residential solar removal and reinstall projects. Ability to commission PV systems and verify production. Experience with Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, or other major inverter platforms. Ability to read plans and follow manufacturer installation specifications. OSHA-compliant safety practices and fall protection experience. Reliable transportation, tools, ladders, and safety equipment. Professional crew capable of consistently delivering high-quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tesla Powerwall, Enphase IQ Battery, FranklinWH, or other residential battery storage systems. NABCEP certification preferred.
