LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Nurse Manager to lead a hospital-based nursing unit in Baltimore, MD. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, and clinical standards to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager supervises and mentors nurses, coordinates interdisciplinary care, manages budgets and resources, and drives quality and safety initiatives. You will foster a culture of compassion, inclusion, teamwork, and continuous learning while supporting evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, and professional development across the care team. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of an inpatient nursing unit to ensure safe, efficient care delivery. Supervise, schedule, and mentor nursing staff, supporting professional growth and engagement. Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning to optimize patient outcomes and experience. Implement and monitor evidence-based clinical standards, policies, and procedures. Lead quality, safety, and performance-improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Manage unit budget, staffing levels, and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS). Foster a culture of compassion, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning. Engage patients and families in care planning and education. Use EHR and data reporting to track outcomes and drive operational decisions.
