Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client looking for a skilled Pool Plasterer to join our growing service and resurfacing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pool and spa finishing who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on renovation projects from start to finish. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional results across plastering, surface prep, and restoration work, while contributing to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Apply plaster to swimming pools and spas, ensuring smooth, high-quality finishes Perform acid washes and surface preparation for new finishes Complete demolition work including removal of old plaster, tile, and coping Install and repair tile and coping according to project specifications Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, organized condition Collaborate with project managers and team members to stay on schedule Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment What You Bring 5+ years of professional experience in pool and spa plastering Strong knowledge of plaster application, surface prep, and finishing techniques Experience with acid washing and pool/spa demolition work Ability to install or repair tile and coping Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Authorized to work in the U.S. Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Health Savings Account (HSA) options Paid time off, including holidays, vacation, personal, and sick time Opportunities for professional development and skill advancement Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates This is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality work, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
