Slate Construction Group is hiring a Renovation and Field Tech to execute and own quality across several trades . Experience required hands-on technician role . You must have the ability to properly organize work to be done, customer service, team work and leadership. Renovation experience is important, but this is not a renovation-only SOW role. What You'll Be Doing Perform hands-on field work across: Tile Flooring Drywall Paint General repair and carpentry Review job scopes day before starting, confirm materials needed and if necessary adjust approach as needed Execute work correctly the first time and prevent rework Identify scope gaps or site issues early and escalate when necessary Handle materials and job setup for your own scopes Serve as the quality standard in the field This position you to be experienced. First 90 Days Primary focus: hands-on execution and quality Demonstrate strong judgment, sequencing, and workmanship Focus on no rework or field issues After 120 Days (If Performance Is Strong) Company vehicle provided based on performance Securing potential to transition toward a leadership-focused role as the team grows

Experience:

We're Looking For You must have a reliable vehicle 2-5+ years hands-on experience Strong background in tile, flooring, drywall, and paint Electrical experience is a bonus Multifamily or commercial experience preferred Comfortable owning work from start to finish Able to make decisions in the field without needing constant direction What This Role Is /
