Key Responsibilities:

Installation:

Install granite countertops, backsplashes, and other stone surfaces in residential and commercial buildings.

Measurement and Cutting :

Measure and cut granite to fit the installation area, often using precise tools and techniques.

Preparation:

Prepare the installation area by leveling surfaces and ensuring proper support.

Securing :

Ensure countertops are properly secured to cabinets or bases.

Cleanup:

Clean up the installation area and remove debris.

Communication:

Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Safety:

Follow all safety regulations and guidelines.

Customer Service :

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

Material Handling:

Load and transport granite slabs to the job site.

Material Inspection:

Inspect granite slabs for defects before fabrication.

Design Layout :

Assist in designing and creating layouts and dimensions for countertop installations.
