Headquartered in Columbus, OH, Digital Designs Dental Lab (DDDL) is a nationwide network of dental labs that provide prosthetics such as crowns, implants, dentures, partials, and bridges to dentists, dental-service organizations (DSOs), and other dental labs.

Overview:

Our mission is to provide highly professional lab services to dentists and their patients across multiple geographies. We are actively seeking an individual to help full-time in our Walnut Creek, CA office.

What you will do:

Customer Service

• Our highest priority are candidates who understand how to effectively communicate with dental professionals within a dental practice. The individual will work with customers to handle any questions about working with Digital Designs such as case questions, billing, shipping, and order delivery. Data Entry
• Enter case details into Digital Designs' database system to facilitate corporate reporting and case tracking for customers. Packing and Shipping
• Prepare cases for shipment to the dental offices and follow up on delivery status with clients.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office Extremely mature and communicative Strong problem-solving ability Disciplined and process driven
