Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and responsible Assistant General Manager to join our team at Auntie Xita Temple City. This role is a key part of our front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Upon onboarding completion. All required pre-employment notices and documents will be provided at or before the start date, as required by law. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, quality control, and adherence to company standards. Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising front-of-house staff while promoting a positive and efficient work environment. Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency. Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination to maintain proper stock levels and cost efficiency. Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency, food quality, and timely service. Help maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations while ensuring a clean and secure restaurant environment. Support financial performance by assisting with labor scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and daily sales monitoring. Help implement strategies to increase revenue, improve service quality, and build customer loyalty. Lead shift operations when needed, including daily decision making, team communication, scheduling, and floor management. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably with BBQ, Japanese cuisine, or high-volume dining environment. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail Passion for providing high-quality service and creating a memorable guest experience. Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
