Automotive Service Advisor

Automotive Service Advisor Faith's Toyota & Ford is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Westminster, VT. Our ideal candidate should have previous experience working as an Automotive Service Advisor!

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required Automotive parts counter experience is helpful and preferred Highly knowledgeable and must be an expert for our customers Able to work in a team environment with a positive attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Professional demeanor and appearance

Valid Driver's License Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Engage with customers both in person and over the phone to determine their service needs and provide recommendations for services Document visual condition of vehicle upon intake to establish vehicle conditions prior to service Process repair orders for customers to fully document costs and time estimates; provide detailed service orders to technicians to fulfill service requests/requirements Assist customers with planning around maintenance required for their vehicle as needed Provide follow-ups to customers to provide status updates on their vehicle's service Educate and advise customers on any recommended repairs/maintenance outside of the initial scope of the service order Provide completed service order to management / accounting to make sure payments are properly reconciled Stay up-to-date on products and services, including warranty information
