Jul 1, 2026 Job Description Bellows Falls Union High School is seeking an Interim Principal to focus on accelerating and continuing the school's success by ensuring consistent resources, strengthening cross-departmental collaboration, and maintaining high standards for teaching and learning for all. Central to this vision is a robust "Bridge" strategy between Bellows Falls Middle School and BFUHS, alongside expanded partnerships with the River Valley Technical Center (RVTC) to ensure every student graduates career-ready. The Interim Principal of BFUHS will serve as the instructional leader and cultural steward of the school, working closely with students, families, staff, and the broader community. The Interim Principal will lead a dedicated team of faculty, collaborative administrators, and engaged operations staff for the school year 2026-27. The Interim Principal is expected to model the highest standards for leadership, aligned with the Vermont Standards for School Leaders and the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL).
