Excavator Operator - Heavy Civil

Bazin Brothers is looking for an experienced Heavy Civil Excavator Operator to join our growing crew. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to get after it, and has experience operating equipment safely and efficiently on heavy civil construction projects. What You'll Be Doing Operating excavators on heavy civil and roadway construction projects Working around underground utilities, drainage, grading, and site prep Loading trucks, trenching, ditching, and pipe work Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Working closely with foremen, truck drivers, and ground crews Maintaining safe jobsite practices at all times What We're Looking For Previous heavy civil excavator operating experience required Experience with site work, utility installation, road construction, or paving support preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment Good attitude, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to read grade stakes and work accurately CDL is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Retirement/ESOP benefits Paid time off Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Apply Today If you're an experienced operator looking for a solid crew and steady work, we'd like to talk with you.
