Boba Barista

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at a vibrant Taiwanese dessert restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian desserts/teas and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages/desserts following restaurant's recipes
• Operate the POS system to process customer orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and work area
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and serving customers promptly
• Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling light snacks or pastries
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
• Utilize retail math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during peak hours Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a bubble tea shop or similar food service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of tea brewing techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures
• Proficient in basic math for handling transactions accurately
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
