If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, keeping things organized, and helping customers have a great experience, you may be exactly who we're looking for. This is more than just answering phones. You'll be an important part of our front-office team and one of the first and last people our customers interact with. What You'll Do Greet customers and make them feel welcome Check customers in and out for service Answer phones and assist with incoming and outgoing calls Schedule appointments by phone and email Direct customers and vendors to the appropriate team member Handle cashier transactions accurately Maintain and update customer information Assist with filing and general office organization Support our Service Advisors and Service Manager with customer needs Occasionally operate our customer shuttle to transport customers to and from our facility What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and comfortable talking with people Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask without losing track of the details Professional in person and on the phone Comfortable using computers and learning new software Willing to help wherever needed as part of a team

Requirements:
