[Leapros] Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Electrician in American Fork, UT. The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and service environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and work independently to complete service requirements.

Per Hour BOE Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including conduit, lighting fixtures, electrical panels, and transformers. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions to ensure system functionality. Install, bend, and remove conduit to accommodate specific wiring needs for each project. Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical wiring diagrams. Pull electrical wiring through conduit and connect it to circuit breakers, transformers, and outlets. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using various electrical testing devices. Ensure all electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical installations. Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Possession of necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and basic hand tools. Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites. Ability to communicate effectively regarding project progress and technical requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination. Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, and poles safely. Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring accurately. Must be aware of and adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times. Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and stay in stationary positions for long periods. Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs. Must be capable of working in various environmental conditions, including heights and loud noises.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $20 to $35 per hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
