The Division Manager's primary mandate is to ensure a safe pool environment and profitable operation through seamless delivery of excellent service to AquaSafe clients. Division Managers are responsible for the profitable growth of our organization and for providing the leadership necessary to motivate AquaSafe staff members to achieving performance excellence in accomplishing our Mission. This individual is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of clients, providing high quality customer service and for promoting the AquaSafe brand as the industry leader in aquatic safety and service excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
overseeing the overall operations of assigned portfolio of pool facilities; maintaining strong client relationships to achieve annual contract renewal goals; service, renovation and management sales; participating in/leading staff safety trainings; communicating with health departments to ensure compliance with health and safety codes; managing the Area Pool Supervisors during the Summer months; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field (i.e. pool management, property management, construction or landscaping management) preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management and Sales (i.e. managing client portfolio, providing customer service, etc.) Valid Driver's License and driving record in conformity with AquaSafe policy as driving a company vehicle to visit client properties may be required Demonstrated leadership, management and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability and desire to develop and maintain strong client relationships Computer knowledge - MS Office, Email, Google systems Must be available to work longer hours during the busy season (March-September)
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, year-round position with start date available immediately upon hire. Work hours are generally Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm; longer hours and some Saturdays may be required during the busy months. Salary will be offered based on experience, starting at $50,000 with commission and/or bonus opportunities available. Continuing education and/or certification opportunities may be available. Please note that this is not a remote position and the individual will be expected to report to the office on a daily basis.
