• Job Description
• The Production Material Handler III role manages the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas under limited supervision, following established guidelines and procedures.

This position administers and operates warehouse functions, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. The role also ensures accurate recording of incoming and outgoing materials, supports shipping and receiving activities, and may operate both motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment. The work follows well-defined procedures and involves a variety of routine tasks, requiring at least two years of relevant experience.

• Responsibilities
• + Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products within manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.

+ Provide accurate information to record the movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies.

+ Administer day-to-day warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.

+ Account for all materials and supplies stored in warehouse facilities and ensure inventory accuracy.

+ Audit goods received into the warehouse to verify quantities, quality, and documentation.

+ Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in accordance with established procedures.

+ Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods.

+ Regulate warehouse space usage by planning and organizing storage and material placement.

+ Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, such as forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.

+ Perform picking and packing tasks to fulfill internal and external material requests.

+ Use RF scanners or similar devices to track inventory, verify orders, and update stock records.

+ Follow all safety, quality, and operational standards while working in manufacturing and warehouse areas.

• Essential Skills
• + Minimum of 2 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a closely related manufacturing environment.

+ Proficiency in operating forklifts and other motorized material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Hands-on experience with inventory control processes, including tracking, counting, and reconciling stock.

+ Ability to perform accurate picking and packing of materials based on orders or production needs.

+ Experience using RF scanners or similar technology to record and manage inventory movements.

+ Strong attention to detail when auditing goods received, recording material movements, and managing documentation.

+ Ability to follow well-defined procedures and guidelines while working with a variety of routine warehouse and manufacturing tasks.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience coordinating shipping and receiving schedules to manage the flow of goods.

+ Background in overseeing receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

+ Familiarity with packaging and storage best practices for different types of materials and equipment.

+ Ability to work under limited supervision while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

+ Strong organizational skills to regulate warehouse space and maintain orderly storage areas.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $26.

00 - $26.00/hr.
