Experience teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, or Montessori methods is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in special education or early intervention are advantageous. Proven ability to create inclusive learning environments that support diverse needs including children requiring additional support through specialized programs.
