Come join our team at the beautiful newly renovated Bentley Hotel located in Southampton! We are looking to hire a full time Night Auditors year round position. This is not a seasonal position. This is an overnight shift. 11pm-7am. Paid training. The Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor is responsible for promoting hospitality by welcoming guests in a courteous and friendly manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and audit all upcoming reservations and ensure accuracy of all in house guest reservations.
• Provide a positive overall Guest experience for our guests at our Boutique hotel.
• Provide the highest quality of service at all times.
• Promptly and effectively deal with guest's requests and inquiries.
• Check Guests in and out of the Hotel in a courteous manner.
• Make confirm and cancel Guest reservations as requested.
• Assist all Guests efficiently and professionally in all Guest Service related functions to maintain the highest level of service standards and hospitality.
• Auditing all transactions and financial records
• Verifying accuracy and reconciling accounts
• Other responsibilities are directed from hotel management.
