Job Description

Make a real difference working with students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school-based, onsite contract role. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with an active RBT certification ready to support students success through data-driven behavior intervention and collaboration. Key Qualifications:
Active, current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings is highly valued Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention plans Comfortable working onsite each day during school hours Ability to gather and accurately document behavioral data
Primary Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement behavior intervention strategies Collect and manage detailed information and behavioral data as part of ongoing assessments Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and staff to support individualized student goals Participate in IEP and team meetings as needed to share progress and insights Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment Ensure all interventions are administered in compliance with ethical and professional standards This contract role offers consistent full-time hours (37.5 per week) aligned with the academic calendar. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue through May 27, 2027.
