Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school setting. This assignment is full-time and runs from ASAP through late May 2027, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in the classroom each day. Working onsite, you'll use your expertise to gather vital information and implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of certified professionals within a collaborative educational team.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a classroom or educational setting Strong observation and data collection skills Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Reliability, organizational ability, and willingness to adapt within a school environment Professional and supportive attitude working with students, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and record data on students' behavior and responses to intervention Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff to support student progress Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed Provide direct behavioral support and reinforcement in one-on-one and group settings Maintain required documentation with accuracy and confidentiality Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment Maintain compliance with all school and professional requirements This onsite position is ideal for those who thrive in hands-on, student-focused environments. You'll work 37.5 hours per week within the heart of the school community, playing a vital role in helping students reach their full potential.
