Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Proven experience working within school environments preferred Strong ability to gather information and accurately document data Excellent communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach Adaptable mindset capable of working effectively with students, staff, and families Must be available for onsite work exclusively

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to students as directed by supervising BCBA or school personnel Implement individualized plans and strategies to meet student goals Accurately gather, record, and share relevant behavioral data and observations Communicate regularly with team members regarding student progress and daily interventions Maintain a safe and supportive environment to encourage growth and achievement Address unique needs and adapt interventions as required for specific learners This contract position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, starting as soon as possible through late May 2027. You will play a vital role in supporting a positive learning environment for the duration of the school year and beyond.
