What You'll Need:
Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school setting Strong skills in gathering behavioral data and implementing behavior intervention plans Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and support staff Commitment to adhering to ethical and professional guidelines Energy, empathy, and patience in daily interactions Ability to work onsite for 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
