Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and active OT state licensure Prior experience supporting K-12 students across school, teletherapy, and home health settings Strong skills in fine motor evaluation & intervention Team player with COTA experience preferred, but not required Effective communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on-site OT services to a varied caseload of 57 students across 5 schools Assess needs, create and implement IEP goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary education professionals Participate in IEP and staff meetings as needed Provide mentorship and guidance, leveraging COTA support
