Work Environment You will work onsite in our outpatient facility located in Leesburg, Virginia, where you'll have access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities designed to support outpatient rehabilitation. The work schedule is set for 40 hours per week, with some variable weekend commitments. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, designing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Provide ongoing consultation to healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive continuum of care for patients. Engage empathetically with patients of all ages and backgrounds, consistently adhering to high standards of customer service. Oversee patient evaluations, implement treatment protocols, and conduct re-evaluations, all while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Supervise and guide assigned support staff, ensuring the quality and efficiency of care provided.
