We run a Krispy Krunchy Chicken franchise and a made-fresh pizza operation inside the store, and we are looking for an experienced manager to take charge of it. This is a hands-on role. You will be running the day to day, working the line when it is busy, and making the calls that keep service moving. What you will do Manage the day to day running of the restaurant and takeout operation Take and coordinate customer orders, including phone and takeout Work alongside the team on food preparation and service Keep the kitchen clean, stocked and compliant with food safety standards Help promote the business locally, including social media and in-store promotions What we are looking for Real restaurant or food-service management experience Comfortable leading a small team and training new staff Reliable and able to work a full-time schedule including weekends Food safety knowledge, or willingness to get certified Hours We are open seven days a week, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday.
