Job Description

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of successful experience with FOH sales and cost responsibility in comparable operation Demonstrate competence in teambuilding, quality operations, problem solving, and administration Ability to use Micros point-of-sale and reservation software and equipment along with Microsoft Office software Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining daily standards
License Requirements:
DBR-RI ServSafe Alcohol awareness server training
Essential Job Functions:
Ensures daily compliance with all government and regulatory requirements as well as all Tiverton Casino Hotel policies and procedures Responsible for all aspects of daily FOH operations Presents a positive image of the restaurant at all times. Interacts with vendors and the public so as to increase the appreciation of the restaurant and the brand in the marketplace
Target Salary Range:
($55,000)
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Work a minimum of 40+ hours per week Ability to lift and carry 50lbs Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
Working Conditions:
