Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive On-Site Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition efforts at our physical location. As an On-Site Recruiter, you will be the face of our recruitment initiatives, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance with employment laws and HR standards. Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles across the organization Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and job boards to attract diverse candidates Conduct high volume recruitment campaigns to fill multiple vacancies efficiently while maintaining quality standards Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored talent solutions Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability through behavioral and technical assessments Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Kenexa BrassRing, Taleo, or UltiPro, ensuring compliance with HR legal standards Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and ongoing training & development initiatives to support new hires' integration and growth Engage in external recruiting efforts including campus recruitment events, career fairs, and cold calling to expand candidate pipelines Utilize HR systems like Kronos or Paychex for onboarding processes, time management, and employee relations documentation Ensure adherence to employment law in talent management practices while fostering a positive candidate experience Skills Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and high volume recruitment environments Strong negotiation skills coupled with exceptional communication skills to engage candidates effectively Proficiency with talent management software such as Kenexa BrassRing, Taleo, UltiPro, or similar ATS platforms Deep understanding of HR legal compliance related to employment law in talent management practices Skilled in relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners Experience with social media marketing (recruitment) to enhance employer branding and attract passive candidates Knowledge of HR systems like Kronos or Paychex for employee scheduling and payroll integration Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings Familiarity with employee orientation programs, employee relations strategies, and training & development initiatives Strong interpersonal skills capable of cold calling potential candidates and building lasting professional relationships Join us as an On-Site Recruiter if you're passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities!
