Duties Supervise daily kennel operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality animal care Lead and motivate a team of pet care professionals, including kennel attendants and veterinary support staff Oversee pet boarding, pet sitting, grooming, and training activities to meet client needs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through regular kennel cleaning and facility sanitization Handle animal restraint, behavior assessment, and dog handling to ensure safety for pets and staff Manage inventory of pet supplies, grooming products, and cleaning materials Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to heavy lifting, team lifting, outdoor work, and animal handling procedures Requirements Proven experience in veterinary settings or as a veterinary technician or assistant Strong background in pet sitting, dog training, animal handling, and kennel operations Knowledge of animal behavior and restraint techniques to ensure safe interactions Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work comfortably throughout the day Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience with pet grooming and pet boarding services is preferred Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining attention to detail in animal care standards This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love for animals with leadership responsibilities in a supportive environment. Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 - 40.0 per week
