At Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique , we're bringing ground-breaking technology and team innovation to the dog grooming industry and we are seeking a Lead Bather for our Arsenal Yards (Watertown) location. A Dog Bather plays a very important role in salon operations. They are responsible for the safety and comfort of pets at our shop as well as high-quality bathing and drying.

Job Role Requirements:

Must meet state age requirements to work Must be able to lift 40lbs unassisted Willing to work in a humid environment Follow all safety procedures and company's standards of quality Reliable transportation to and from work Function as part of a team Ability to use POS computer system

Operations and Daily Duties:

Pet Bathers will bathe, blow-dry, and finish pets to Splash and Dash standards. This person will be able to (or will be trained to) safely and correctly perform these additional services; Teeth brushing, Ear cleaning, Facials, Nail trimming, Nail grinding. They will be trained to safely handle animals and recognize stress events and notify the Lead Bather, Groomer, or Salon Manager. They will additionally be required to properly complete daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and shop cleaning duties. Pet Bathers may be required to accept additional duties as needed.

Open Hours are: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Benefits available for Full-time employees
