Job Role Requirements:

2 years experience as a groomer Ability to train new bathers Must be able to lift 40lbs unassisted Follow all safety procedures and company's standards of quality Reliable transportation to and from work Function as part of a team Ability to use POS computer system

Operations and Daily Duties:

Groomers will be proficient in all tasks from bathing to drying to brushing to grooming and will be able to help in any role, if necessary. Groomers will ensure that all dogs meet the company standards prior to exiting the system. Groomers understand that we are looking for consistent grooming looks and may be asked to modify style of grooming to accommodate that goal. Groomers must have a desire to continue to improve their skills. Groomers may be required to perform additional tasks such as bathing, drying, nail trims and cleaning, if necessary.
