Die-Cast Maintenance Associate Work Site:

Fredericktown, OH Shifts:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available Position Overview We are seeking Die-Cast Maintenance Associates to support daily die-cast operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment improvements to maximize uptime, safety, and production efficiency. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair die-cast machinery and related equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to planned and unplanned downtime. Support production by identifying and implementing equipment efficiency improvements. Rebuild dies, machine components, and related equipment as needed. Perform planned and unplanned crucible replacements. Assist with all other die-cast maintenance and production support activities as required. Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards. Qualifications & Requirements Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic maintenance experience preferred. Experience with die-cast equipment, die maintenance, or industrial machinery is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs safely and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
