Cargill is seeking a Dairy Feed Specialist to support the formulation, production, and optimization of dairy feed within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will design and adjust rations to meet nutritional requirements, coordinate with production teams to ensure product quality and consistency, and maintain strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will analyze performance data, troubleshoot process issues, and work closely with sales and technical teams to align products with customer needs. Responsibilities Formulate and optimize dairy feed rations to meet nutritional and performance targets. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality feed production. Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across feed operations. Analyze production and performance data to identify trends and implement process improvements. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align feed products with customer needs. Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, specifications, and process changes. Support troubleshooting of manufacturing issues impacting feed quality or efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in feed manufacturing and nutrition strategies.
