Position Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Support professional to assist the Manufacturing Engineering team with routine production and process support activities. This role focuses on maintaining manufacturing documentation, updating process information, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring manufacturing operations run efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Update manufacturing processes and production routings for manufactured parts. Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions and documentation. Record and maintain production data within SAP. Support manufacturing engineering projects and departmental objectives. Assist with quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain 5S workplace organization standards (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Communicate effectively with manufacturing personnel and cross-functional teams. Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, engineering support, or related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Basic computer proficiency. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Manufacturing documentation and process control experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Good verbal and written communication skills.
