This modern facility features advanced sustainability initiatives, including automated guided vehicles, ergonomic lifting systems, and energy-efficient LED lighting. Key Responsibilities Lead and support team members in daily plant operations Drive production and quality performance goals Ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment availability Support continuous improvement in: Safety Quality Cost Customer service Foster an engaged, team-oriented work environment Spend ~80% of time on the production floor
