• $58,500 + Uncapped Commission

• 150,000+ Our client is seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to drive business growth across Industrial markets.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and relationship building. Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying expansion opportunities. Sell industrial filtration systems, filter components, and related solutions. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Visit customer sites to understand operations and recommend filtration solutions. Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity. Partner with engineering, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer success. Serve as a trusted advisor to facilities, warehouse, and production management teams.

Territory & Travel:

Travel approximately 25% of the time, typically one week per month (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Kansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ontario, Canada), All travel expenses covered, and Company-provided laptop, cell phone, company credit card, and travel support

Desired Background/Skills:

1-3+ years of outside sales experience Proven success developing new business and growing customer relationships Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Experience in equipment sales, business services, office technology, payroll services, or similar B2B environments preferred Self-starter capable of working independently Excellent communication and organizational skills CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency Bachelor's degree preferred Industrial equipment or industrial filtration sales experience is a plus but not required
