We are currently accepting applications from experienced and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) throughout the State of Georgia to build our caregiver pool for upcoming client placements . This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who would like to be considered for future home care assignments based on their location, availability, experience, skills, and client preferences .

Please note:

This is a caregiver pooling opportunity. Immediate placement or guaranteed hours may not be available at the time of application. Qualified caregivers will be contacted as suitable client cases become available in their area.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking compassionate, professional, and reliable caregivers with hands-on experience providing personal care and support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living. Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: Home care or private-duty caregiving Assisted living or long-term care Dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory care Mobility assistance and transfers Bedridden client care Hoyer lift or gait belt assistance Hospice or end-of-life care Companionship and personal care Developmental or physical disabilities Activities of daily living (ADLs)

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the client's individualized care plan, responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when appropriate Providing medication reminders Offering companionship and emotional support Performing light housekeeping related to the client's care Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition, behavior, mood, or mobility Following the client's care plan and agency policies Completing required documentation accurately and on time Communicating professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and agency staff Qualifications Previous caregiving or personal care experience is strongly preferred PCA or CNA experience is highly desirable Ability to provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living Dependable, punctual, patient, compassionate, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a client's home Understanding of confidentiality, client rights, and person-centered care Must be willing to complete agency screening and onboarding requirements Reliable transportation is preferred
