Responsibilities Executive Advisory:

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives (VP, SVP, and C-suite) on AI strategy, AI-enabled business transformation, Generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and the operating model changes required to scale AI across the enterprise

Engagement Leadership:

Shape and lead comprehensive AI advisory engagements, including opportunity assessments, use-case prioritization, AI operating models, governance, responsible AI, and full-scale enterprise AI transformations

Business Development & Solutioning:

Provide senior leadership throughout the entire sales lifecycle — from initial discovery and relationship building to opportunity shaping, proposal development, executive presentations, and multi-disciplinary solution design

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with global capability teams to seamlessly integrate strategy, consulting, data, AI engineering, cloud, and industry expertise to address complex client needs

Practice Growth:

Contribute actively to the expansion of our Autonomous Enterprise practice through market development, intellectual capital/thought leadership creation, recruiting, mentoring, and building internal capabilities

Requirements Experienced Leader:

10+ years of professional consulting experience in AI/ML and Intelligent Automation, with a clear history of career progression — including 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ consultants

Domain Expert:

Deep expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies, including Generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, AI engineering, intelligent automation, data strategy, and enterprise AI transformation

C-Suite Communicator:

Proven track record of advising, presenting to, and building long-term relationships with C-suite and SVP-level executives across multiple industry verticals

Growth Driver:

Demonstrated experience managing engagement portfolios of $10M+ annually, with stellar solutioning and selling capabilities

Industry Versatility:

Deep expertise in one or more key sectors such as

Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, or Technology Process Excellence:

A strong background in Business Process Re-engineering; proven experience applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a major plus

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed.

Salary range:
