This is a mid-level position with ample opportunity for growth and development of hands-on skills that will serve you both here and beyond. We are seeking a contributor to our warehouse operations staff that will be expected to read work orders and plan a weekly production schedule, pull material and assemble orders for clients, load vehicles and travel for delivery, and assist with maintaining a clean and functional work environment. Requirements:

High school graduate Valid driver's license & reliable transport Good attitude, reliability, communication, and a willingness to learn Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Responsibilities:

Planning (read and comprehend work orders, coordinate with office staff to arrange production in a logical manner) Fabrication of decorative products including beams, mantels, shutters, headers, and occasional custom items (includes measuring and cutting boards to requested sizes and assembly with adhesives) Application of water and solvent based finishes ( after training ) Packing orders for shipment/delivery, ensuring organization, accuracy, and timeliness (occasionally includes building pallets/crates) Assist with receiving shipments and organizing inventory in the warehouse Deliveries statewide using company vehicle Maintain a clean and organized work environment (vacuuming floors, taking out trash, cleaning paintbrushes and tools, etc.) Operate hand and power tools as needed for various tasks Complete local supply runs as needed Be a team player and good communicator "Plus"

Skills:

Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Experience with a paintbrush and attention to aesthetic detail Carpentry/woodworking experience Work hours are 8AM

• 5PM, Monday
• Friday. One hour is provided for lunch from 12
• 1PM.

Two 15 minute breaks are allotted for 10 AM and 3 PM. We have shop cats that visit frequently, and we enjoy their company. Applicants with cat allergies are encouraged to be aware and factor into their consideration. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. You will be trained in the niche skills involved in fabricating and finishing our decorative faux wood products.
