AI Agent Creation & Management Assist in designing, building, and configuring AI agents to support business workflows Monitor agent performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements Document agent use cases, configurations, and change history AI Governance Support the development and maintenance of AI usage policies, standards, and approval workflows Help track AI tool adoption across the organization and flag compliance or risk concerns Assist in maintaining an inventory of AI agents/tools and their business owners Participate in reviews to ensure AI solutions align with data privacy, security, and ethical use guidelines Application Optimization Analyze current application usage and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements Partner with end users and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional improvements Support testing and validation of application changes, updates, and integrations Reporting (BI Publisher) Design, build, and maintain reports using BI Publisher Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into report specifications Schedule, distribute, and troubleshoot recurring reports Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs ERP Optimization Support ongoing ERP system enhancements, configuration updates, and issue resolution Assist in identifying process inefficiencies within ERP workflows and recommend solutions Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to support ERP-related initiatives Help maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations
Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to learn new software systems and tools quickly Interest in AI technologies and enterprise business applications Exposure to BI Publisher, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP/reporting platforms preferred (coursework, internship, or project experience acceptable) Familiarity with AI/automation concepts preferred (e.g., AI agents, chatbots, RPA) Basic understanding of SQL or data querying preferred Experience with process documentation or business requirements gathering preferred This job description is subject to change at any time.
