Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a leading healthcare organization in Houston, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with strong analytical and systems skills who can translate business requirements into effective system configurations, support testing and integrations, and help maintain data accuracy and system functionality.

Responsibilities

Conduct moderate to complex business analysis within assigned areas to support departmental effectiveness and operational goals.

Monitor resources, evaluate processes, and analyze historical information and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Translate approved business requirements into Kahuna system configurations.

Maintain system libraries, mappings, and role assignments.

Update system content and configurations as business requirements change.

Support the rollout of new employee or organizational populations.

Configure Kahuna workflows and system setup based on approved requirements.

Support system testing, validation, and implementation activities.

Partner with Oracle teams on integration testing and troubleshooting.

Validate data flows into Oracle Talent Profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Manage user access, security roles, and system permissions.

Maintain system interfaces and extensions.

Monitor data quality and investigate and resolve system-related issues.

Coordinate system releases, updates, and vendor support activities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology teams to ensure business and system requirements are effectively addressed.

Prepare and present analysis, findings, and historical trends to support departmental decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

2 years minimum experience with business analysis, process improvement, or systems administration preferred.

Experience working with Kahuna and/or Oracle Talent Profiles is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business, technical, and vendor teams.
