Manage subcontractor onboarding, licensing verification, and insurance compliance for disaster response projects

Source, order, and track equipment and materials for nationwide multi-site restoration operations

Coordinate vendor bids, emergency response proposals, and project budgets with estimating teams

Negotiate pricing with suppliers and specialty contractors to secure cost savings on major loss sites

Oversee nationwide warranty work orders, review job costing, and validate vendor invoices Requirements of the restoration procurement specialist:

Minimum 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience within disaster response or property restoration

Demonstrated background in emergency mitigation, property reconstruction, or insurance loss projects

Technical familiarity with restoration estimating workflows, scopes of work, and vendor compliance

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and field management platforms such as Procore, DASH, or Xactimate Additional information:
