This role focuses on shipment coordination and operations support, with some hands-on warehouse work . You'll learn how to organize shipments, prepare paperwork, communicate with transportation partners, and keep freight moving from pickup through delivery. Some prior freight forwarding experience is required. Bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Working alongside our operations team, you'll learn to: Assist with coordinating domestic and international shipments Help arrange pickups and deliveries with drivers, carriers, and transportation partners Track shipments, update records, and communicate shipment status Prepare and review shipping documents under the guidance of experienced team members Enter shipment details accurately into our systems Support customer communication and follow up on shipment requirements Flag delays, missing information, or other issues so the team can respond quickly Learn how routing, timing, documentation, and costs affect a shipment You'll also help in the warehouse as needed by: Receiving and checking incoming freight Verifying shipment counts, labels, and condition Measuring, weighing, labeling, and preparing freight for shipment Assisting with loading, unloading, and organizing shipments Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized Some shipments support everyday business needs. Others help a concert, tour, or major event stay on schedule. You'll see how the office and warehouse work together to make it happen. Who We're Looking For You don't need to know the industry yet.
