Our work is precision-driven, schedule-sensitive, and built to exact specifications. Position Overview We are seeking a Shipping Administrator to support our outbound shipping operations . This role is focused strictly on shipping , coordinating outbound freight and deliveries for manufactured goods and installation materials.

Note:

This position does not handle general receiving. Inbound activity is limited only to QC-related product returns. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process outbound shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels) Coordinate pickups and deliveries with approved freight carriers and couriers Schedule shipments to align with production, project, and installation timelines Track outbound shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues Verify shipping details including addresses, site contacts, and delivery instructions Communicate shipment status with Project Managers, Installers, and Shipping Manager Process inbound shipments only for QC-related returns and coordinate reshipments Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in outbound shipping or logistics administration Experience preparing shipping paperwork and coordinating freight carriers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Clear written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, hospitality, or project-based environments Familiarity with LTL, FTL, and courier shipments ERP or shipping system experience (QuickBooks, Acumatica, or similar) Bilingual English/Spanish Work Environment Onsite position in a manufacturing and shipping facility Fast-paced, deadline-driven role Occasional schedule flexibility to support time-sensitive shipments Why Join GFI Stable, growing manufacturing company Clear role ownership and accountability Collaborative, hands-on work environment Opportunity to be part of a team that delivers high-quality, specification-driven work
