Position Description for Office Support (Part-Time) Election Staff, Job Code 1161500. Position Number 0000008465 Position 0000008465 provides general manual labor support to the Elections Department's Logistics and or Hardware divisions. The position works primarily in one of two (2) air-conditioned warehouses on the Department's campus. The position helps to prepare, stage, ship, receive back, and account for supplies and equipment used during elections. This position may be required to drive large vans and/or delivery vehicles. The position may also be required to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts. Position requires lifting, pushing, pulling, outdoor and indoor work, and frequent long hours during election periods.
