Job Description

Contracts Administrator Burbank , CA Contract Corporate $30/HR to $35/HR 03/25/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Contracts Administrator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage contract processes by coordinating director deals from negotiation through payment and handling paperwork for above the line talent. Apply applicable guild rules to ensure payments follow required guidelines and help resolve payment related issues. Set up and track writer room payments manage episodic and special payment types and coordinate with payroll teams as needed. Serve as a liaison between business affairs labor production finance talent representatives and line producers to support accurate contract execution. Support team operations by guiding junior staff reviewing deal information and providing coverage across multiple active projects.
Requirements:
Bring prior experience working in a studio business affairs department or a law firm setting. Understand legal terminology and interpret complex entertainment contracts and deal points with accuracy. Demonstrate strong organizational skills the ability to shift priorities and sound judgment in fast paced environments. A Bachelor degree preferred. Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Use Microsoft Word and Excel confidently to prepare documents track data and support contract workflows. Work effectively within studio related databases with experience in systems such as BLAST IDeA SAP or Airtable considered highly beneficial. Review contract terms verify compliance requirements and maintain accurate supporting documentation. Adapt to changing production schedules while maintaining consistent follow through and attention to detail.
